ABOUT VALCON GUAM, LLC
Founded in 2015 and established in 2017, Valcon Guam, LLC is quickly rising up as a key player in the island’s construction market. With over 31 years of combined professional experience in the industry, the owners of Valcon are highly skilled and knowledgeable of various types of construction work.
Specializing in earthwork construction, Valcon has managed to acquire a small fleet of heavy equipment units used primarily for its small projects. Downtime permits the rental of these units for short periods of time.
Aside from site preparation, Valcon is also fully licensed and equipped to perform other work, such as such as utility line structures, masonry, plumbing, painting, fencing, and other foundation, structure, and building construction work. However, our specialty is civil works.
The company is owned and operated by the Valdez family of Machanao Dededo. Valcon was formerly known as Valdez Brothers, a Sole Proprietorship business, focusing more on heavy equipment rental and less on contracting. Valcon Guam, LLC is dedicated to excel in areas where performance, cost controls, quality workmanship and timelines are concerned.
